We encourage thoughtful shopping and kindly accept returns in exchange for store credit only at this time. Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after the purchase date. Returns must be requested beforehand by contacting Kats Boutique at We want to make sure your shopping experience with us goes smoothly; communication is key!

As a 2 person team, we work as hard as we can to update all the details/photos of our merchandise. Please reach out if you ever have any additional concerns/questions on items. We aim to be transparent and believe shopping should not be a quick choice resulting in remorse. Our worst fear is our merchandise sitting in your closet; we want you to love everything from Kats Boutique so please do not hesitate to contact us with sizing questions/additional photo requests/etc.

Returns must be sent in condition they came in including gift packaging. We reserve the right to not issue a refund if there are signs of damage. Return shipping is paid for by customer.

If in the case you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away and we'll issue a full refund and pay for return shipping.

We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in the mail. Therefore, we highly recommend that you use a trackable service such as USPS or UPS, and purchase insurance on high-value packages.
